1. Free Ads
Posting a standard Lanka ad on SL-ADX.com is free. Refunds are not applicable for free services.
2. Paid Services (Premium and VIP Ads)
We offer paid upgrades:
VIP Ads
Featured Hela Ads
Featured Spa Ads or Personal Ads
Priority Placement in Ads Lanka Categories
As these are digital advertising services that go live instantly, all fees are generally non-refundable once the ad is published.
3. Exceptions
A refund may be considered if:
Your payment was processed in error more than once (duplicate fee).
A technical issue on our side prevented your VIP ad, Hela ad or Personal ad from being published.
The service you paid for was not delivered as promised.
4. No refunds
User errors when posting ads (e.g. wrong category, wrong description).
Ads removed for violating our Terms and Conditions (illegal, offensive or restricted content).
Users who change their mind after purchasing a VIP ad or Featured Listing.
5. How to request a refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of payment with:

Payment reference/transaction ID.
Ad details (e.g. your SL ad or VIP ad ID).
