1. Who can use SL-ADX

SL-ADX is built for the Sri Lankan community and covers a wide range of categories including Lanka Ads, Hela Lanka Services, Hela Ads, Spa Ads, VIP Ads and Personal Ads.

2. Acceptable Use of the Site

We want SL-ADX to remain a safe and trusted space for everyone. Please follow these simple rules:

✅ Post real, accurate and legal ads.

✅ Use SL-ADX for genuine Sri Lankan ads such as jobs, vehicles, properties, services and more.
❌ Do not post illegal, offensive or harmful content.
❌ Do not abuse the site with spam or misleading personal ads.
❌ Do not use bots, crawlers or software to copy or scrape content from SL Ads or Ads Lanka.

3. User Accounts

To post on Ads Lanka or SL, you may need to register for an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules or misuse features such as VIP Ads or Spa Ads listings.

4. Your Content

The content you post (ads, descriptions, photos, etc.) belongs to you.

By posting on SL-ADX, you grant us permission to display, promote, and share your ad across SL Ads, Ads Lanka, and related search results.

5. Premium and VIP Ads

SL-ADX offers free listings as well as premium and VIP ads for better visibility.

Payments for upgrades (e.g. Featured Hela Ads, Personal Ads, or Spa Ads) are processed securely.

Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

6. Our Role

SL-ADX is an online platform that connects people. We do not guarantee or verify every Lankan ad, Hela Ad or Personal Ad posted.

We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy or security of the listings.

Any transactions between buyers and sellers are at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any fraud, disputes or damages that may arise from using SL Ads, Hela Lanka Listings or VIP Ads.

In the event of any issue, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the premium services.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information when using SL Ads, Hela Ad and Ad Lanka Services.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms, suspend accounts or remove Lankan Ads, Personal Ads or Spa Ads that violate the rules.

Your continued use of SL-ADX means that you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Sri Lanka.
